Description
We are an accounting and tax firm in Mokena seeking a professional and enthusiastic part time Office Assistant. Approximately 21-25 hours a week. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel;- Have a strong customer service focus;- Have a strong work ethic;- Detail-oriented;- Strong organizational skills;
Duties include:
- Answering telephones, making appointments, greeting clients;- Office Billing;- Payroll;- Assist Accountant;- Taking in client documents;- Sending out mailers, filing;- Scanning, Copying,- Keeping the office neat.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
