John Shults & Joy Morrow-Nulton, both at 94 years young, took the plunge and got married this year as soon as COVID restrictions were sufficiently relaxed to allow it. The love-birds courted "long distance" from six feet away, for about a year, exchanging daily telephone calls as well. John and Joy have both been widowed twice before, so making the decision to marry again was not the obvious choice. As a matter of fact, John proposed several times before Joy was finally fully convinced of how much more fulfilling life would be with John at her side, and agreed to wed.
