Elmhurst Woman Files False Police Report: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – A resident called Elmhurst police late last week to report that an unknown person damaged her car while it was parked in the driveway, according to a police report. Police then learned the woman, identified as Jaime Brown, 43, threw an object at a man's car, which prompted him to strike hers, the report said. The incident occurred at their house in the 500 block of North Kenilworth Avenue. Brown was charged with disorderly conduct by filing a false police report. She was released on bond. Police were called shortly before noon Friday.
