A local General Contractor is looking to fill two positions: Journeyman Painter Apprentice Painter Candidates must have adequate skill & knowledge in their respective trade experience. We anticipate this position to be Long-Term for the right people. REQUIREMENTS (If you don’t have all of the below, please don’t apply) Reliable Transportation – Must own your own vehicle Work Ethic - On Time, Every Time Ability - Can lift 50 lbs Personality – Will interact with Homeowner’s & Contractor’s Neat & Clean – Leave the job site tidier than you found it DRUG FREE – Zero Tolerance Policy DESIRED (Not required but highly preferred) We will give preference to individuals who have some experience in the following: Framing - Small Niches, Pony Walls, Fir outs, Backing for Barn Door Tracks, etc. Drywall - Hang, Tape, Mud, Prime & Texture; Patching & Repairs Carpentry - Jambs & Casings, Baseboards, Interior & Exterior Doors, Cabinets, etc. Hardware – Install Knobs, Handles, Levers, Hinges, etc. Apprentice Tradesman Rate Starts at $15.00+ per hour and is DOE. Journeyman Tradesman Rate Starts at $17.50+ per hour and is DOE. If you demonstrate some of the Skills in our “Desired” List, you will receive a higher tradesman rate within 2 weeks.
