Need experienced tile setter / need tile helper no experience needed

I have a lot of tile installation and repair work coming up in Phoenix and surrounding cities like Avondale Chandler Scottsdale or Mesa, more than I can handle alone. Most of my jobs are floor installations or repairs but I also do many kinds of repairs and do walls barbecues countertops showers anything that can be tiled and usually work in people's homes, remodels not often new construction. EXPERIENCED OR NOT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE. I'm the kind of guy that's a little bit slower at my work but it looks great and I never have callbacks and that's what I'm more concerned about, quality not speed like a lot of tile companies I've seen. Don't get me wrong I want it to be done as fast as possible but not if there's hollow or hi and low tiles, cuts that don't look good or shallow grout joints, basically it has to look good and be solid. I disagree with guys that just sweep up dusty concrete and start setting tile after taking out the carpet or vinyl or whatever without actually washing the concrete. This is faster when you get paid by the job but it's not a very good bond and I've seen floors turn hollow. Also you don't just start full tile off a wall you should always check your layout. I just want quality basically and I know that everybody has a slightly different way of doing it that's fine as long as quality is there. I will be adamant about certain things like washing concrete and checking layouts and full coverage under your floor tile no hollow pieces or lousy looking grout things like that I think are common sense It is mostly floor or wall tile installations but there are also some tile repairs. When I say tile I am including Saltillo, porcelain, ceramic, glass, mosaics, and all kinds of stone like marble, slate, travertine, etc. I also occasionally do block or brick flagstone or pavers. If you are experienced in tile installation but not repair that's fine also just be honest about it and I will keep you away from repairs or vice versa. I need a guy or a guy and helper to take on some jobs. You need to have your own truck tools and wet saw, generator not necessary. If you have everything but you don't have a truck only a car that will probably be okay for most jobs, I won't have you hauling tile routinely I try to get it delivered to the job. I also need a helper for me that just has to have the ability to think and learn and do labor intensive work and have a cellphone and vehicle to get to work and communicate and be presentable, I cannot pick you up or drop you off and taking the bus probably wouldn't work out either. Most experienced guys like to be paid peace work and I'm fine paying that way or per job and it being agreed upon in a contract before you proceed per job to protect us both. For a helper I would pay hourly based on experience but the lowest would be $15 hourly. I'm looking for someone with their own truck and tools and experience that has the knowledge to do custom tile work. No meth or heroin users. I've done those in my youth I will recognize it don't even try it will waste both of our time. If you drink or smoke marijuana do not do it on the job and do not come to work affected by it or intoxicated. We can't be working in people's houses smelling like pot and booze it just doesn't reflect well. As long as you do quality work presentable and polite and clean up after yourself and can communicate with the customer I'm fine and I'm not going to micromanage you I'll just check up on you from time to time but if you keep doing good work then you keep getting work from me. I am not going to take out taxes or offer vacation or sick pay and I will pay weekly. I cannot promise year-round work but I will be honest with you if my work starts drying up so that you're not left hanging when I run out. Right now I have about 3 months of work just for me alone and I could get more if I tried. I only speak English not Spanish beyond a few words but like everywhere in life bilingual is a plus especially speaking Spanish here.
