The keys were in the Jeep, police said.July 29: Criminal mischief (third-degree) was reported on Terry Road in Smithtown at 10:30 a.m. A person damaged a window and air conditioning unit at Davita Smithtown Dialysis, police said.July 28: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Roy Drive in Nesconset from July 22 at 11:40 a.m. A thief used someone's identity and stole cash from their bank account, police said.
