need indoor space to work on my car- autoshop/mechanic/dealership not an option

i live in apartment without a garage, and need to perform repairs on my vehicle. it's work that is best done indoors, to minimize debris and elements exposure. my car is 10x15, smallest space i would need is 10x20, of course more would be appreciated. any type of space, would work. warehouse, garage, office, vacant building waiting to be rented, anywhere, inside, preferably with 110ac, but can work without it. i have everything i need to work on my car, portable car lift, engine hoist, engine stand, etc, a hard level floor would be ideal great care would be taken to ensure nothing would be left behind, oil, atf, fluid off any type, to indicate i had been there. i work constantly, if at all possible, 24 hr access would be amazing. I'm close to Nevada & Fillmore, but willing go where necessary so i can get this taken care of. the work needed done will only take 2 days, with anytime access to space. 4- 5 days otherwise, which is fine with me. willing and able to pay for the use of space, electricity, which we can discuss prior to use.
