Looking for a Working Foreman for a knowledgeable individual of the construction business. We do high end residential and construction projects including new builds and remodels. A long time local family business with a very hands on approach. Primary place of work is in Santa Barbara and Montecito! Looking for someone with: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to organize a work schedule Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication skills Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints Report project progress to superiors Develop a work schedule for workers Supervise all construction workers Ensure that a project is adequately staffed Drug testing and background check required Most holidays and weekends off 401K
