Description

Ground Technician - Members of the ground crew assist in large tree operations by operating equipment, facilitating clean up, and assisting in rigging operations for pruning and removal. They are responsible for operating most of the machinery and driving work vehicles, and are critical for maintaining a safe and productive work environment. We are looking for employees who are responsible, hard-working and have an interest in arboriculture. We will consider candidates seeking full-time or part-time, and offer competitive wages. We run a drug-free workplace and hires may be subject to screening. General Requirements: - Valid Drivers License - Mechanical aptitude - Ability to work in high stress environments - Work ethic - Candidates must consider themselves physically fit for position of interest Experience: Ground Crew - At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, chain saws (required) - Class B drivers license beneficial, but not required. Candidate must obtain a class B CDL within 4 months of hire. - Preferred experienced in minor mechanical repairs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
