Forming Blues Rock Band

Description
Hi there! I am a 23 year old guitarist looking to start a blues rock project. The idea in my head is something along the influences of Free, Cactus, early Fleetwood Mac, Savoy Brown, ZZ Top, Ten Years After, etc. etc. I have some basic song ideas and lyric ideas down as of right now, but half the fun of blues music is jamming to a groove and watching the song write itself. I'm not looking to reinvent music, in fact I would almost say this regressing a little but that's all right. I have about 8 years of performing experience and about 3 years of studio experience, plus an friend who works at a professional studio here in town who gets me in for cheap and does a hell of a job. Ideally I would like to gig with this new group as soon as possible. At the time of writing this, I'm just one guy with a passion and a dream so I'm looking for the following: Drummer Bass Player Keyboards (optional) Second guitar player (optional) Singer I'm very easy to work with and am more than willing to listen to other members ideas and opinions, but at the end of the day this project will be my baby and I'll have the final say on what happens, unless I gel ridiculously well with a member of the group. I'm not a dictator, but I know exactly what the project is supposed to sound like. Age is preferably within 3 years of 23, gender doesnt matter but I would ideally like a male vocalist in the vein of the bands I listed above. To be clear, we'll be playing blues rock. That doesnt mean that it's a backing band for the guitars however but I really dont want to stray too far from that genre. I also have no problem doing covers of blues standards either and putting our own little spin on them I have the ability to find gigs in the area, but that means that the members need reliable transportation and professional gear. I have a full Marshall stack so if you plan on playing with a 15w Spyder Amp you might as well not bother. Also, im cool with drinking and 420 friendly but if it gets in the way of rehearsing or performing you'll pack your shit and hit the road. Leave that shit in the car when its time to work but after we're done I'm always down to vibe Hopefully someone takes the bait on this ad and wants to team up with me on this project. Hope to hear from you all! I can be reached at 4 one too ate for 9 five 5 six nyne Steve
