Hello, We are looking to rehome our family dog. Bell is a 1 year old german shepherd lab mix. She weighs 44 lbs and is current on all vaccinations. She has some aggression towards other dogs and food\resource guarding and lunges towards dogs that she is not familiar with. She will bark non stop at dogs on our walk and is very excited. We are unable to control her when she gets in this mood, but at other times she can be the sweetest dog we know. She needs someone who can help her out with her behavior, and maybe be an only pet, definitely no cats. She has separation anxiety when left alone, so someone who can be with her often would be best. She knows basic obedience and needs a fenced in yard. We need to rehome her due to our current family situation. We are asking for a $300 rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home that can help her het thru her issues and she will come with some essentials. We want her to have a loving forever home and for someone to help her live her best life. Serious inquiries only would like to find someone that has experience with German Shepherds and I'm hoping that someone lives in the country not in neighborhood with a whole bunch of dogs running around
