Trimmers are the unsung heroes of the cannabis growing process. They prune each flower bud to have the best bag appeal to be sold across the state. Trimming may require hours of sitting in order to make sure each flower nug is aesthetically-pleasing. The desired quality set by Zero Gravity is to be maintained by the trimmer. The trimmer is responsible for attention to detail during each step of the trimming process. The trimmer must meet set performance goals each day/week. The trimmer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their designated area throughout the day as well as cleaning the area at the end of each day. This includes but not limited to the shears used for trimming, the area in which the trimmer has worked throughout the day as well as the floor in that area. The trimmer is responsible for working with the trim manager at the end of the day to ensure all areas are left in a clean state. The trimmer is responsible for ensuring they have successfully clocked out for the day and entered their total amount of grams in the note section. The trimmer may also be responsible for labeling and packaging trimmed product at the end of each shift. There are no educational requirements to hold a trimmer position. However, the trimmer must be 21 years of age. Knowledge of marijuana and the marijuana industry is preferred but not required. This is a full time position with a set schedule of 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Please submit resume.
