Seven year old Male Blue and Gold Macaw. Loves to talk and interact with everyone (has a very large vocabulary). Loves to sing when he is in the mood. Loves showers, Fresh fruits and Veggies. Loves going outside in the sunshine when it is warm. Has lived in the same home with a dog and cat without issue. About six months ago his neighbor passed away (they would talk to each other all the time) he got a little depressed then and plucked a little of his underside. Other than that incident he has never plucked any other time. He would absolutely love to have a new friend/neighbor to talk to. Good health. He had his yearly complete checkup in the spring. Not a screamer on a regular basis but can and will occasionally scream. He does try to intimidate new people but once he realizes that you arent afraid of him then he is fine and will stop trying to trick you. He loves to chew on and play with wood blocks but his absolute favorite is foraging toys and anything that jingles and clanks. Pickup only. I will NOT ship him.
