It was in santa monica, think the owner moved last year. The host/owner made it hard not to have a goot time there. It was BYOB or mixdrink and made sure I gave the host something to drink. I want to find a new chill, smooth, sub/quiet pass spot in SM or the westside. I would visit/hit it once a week just to unwind and let off some steam.
