Looking to start heavy cover/tribute band

I'm dying to play live again and have some fun, maybe make a few bucks. I was thinking about either a tribute/cover band for Metallica, Slayer, or maybe just a cover band that plays lots of different bands. I've been playing guitar and bass for 30+ years so I can play lead, rhythm or bass. I'm pretty open to lots of possibilities and want to see who all is out there. I live in the Gatesville area, close to Fort Hood and am willing to travel if something gets started. Right now i'm looking for all roles so if you're interested, get in contact with me.
