Founder & CEO of a successful, profit-for-purpose company is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to be her right hand. Immersed into your principal’s life you will be the single point of contact, liaising with clients, business partners, and household staff while ensuring both the office and home are well-organized and running efficiently to ensure your principal can focus on her work and family. Mature, polished, and well-spoken with your own gravitas, you are a top communicator who can pre-empt problems and concisely present well-thought-out solutions. You thrive on keeping your principal organized and setting up processes to remove potential friction. You have proven experience managing a dynamic calendar and won't hesitate to pick up the phone to call a C-level executive, even if your message isn’t what they want to hear. This is a next-level, long-term role where your desire to be aligned with your principal’s values while making your own significant contribution is meaningful. Your principal is high-functioning and fast-paced; she will rely on you to think three steps ahead. She also values your ability to protect her and ensure she gets TLC. She has a reputation for taking care of and advancing members of her team and will take excellent care of you in return. You will have a private office in the family home. The family is unconventional, open-minded, and down-to-earth and despite the intense pace, you will find them to be considerate and enjoyable. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Business Support Calendar & email management Arrange appointments and meetings Prepare PowerPoint presentations Schedule team meetings & team birthday gifts Travel arrangements & itineraries Technical know-how in Mac environment (or ability to find tech support with ease) Manage (3) investment properties, including ordering maintenance and financial records Household Support Source and manage household staff (housekeeper, landscape, pool, general contractors, sitter) Source and/or provide dog care including vet, grooming, food, medicine Research and arrange family travel Set up and manage recurring grocery ordering system Set up and manage recurring personal essentials ordering Family calendar management Book routine health and wellness appointments Be an “extra adult” on occasion to loosely supervise boys while parents have a date or day trip and/or take boys on occasion to their appointments Potential to travel with principal on business trips and family on vacation Words that best describe you: Resilient, ambitious, highly organized, extremely discreet, warm, caring, possess high EQ, strong communicator, helpful, confident, polished, well spoken, concierge mentality Requirements: 7+ years’ experience in a similar, demanding role (MUST have direct experience as a Personal Assistant!) Proven track record as C-level assistant, always staying three steps ahead Ability to come forward with suggestions on new procedures and add extra influence and weight to the company in this respect Accustomed to liaising at the highest level within companies and truly wanting an involving and fast-paced role working within a boutique and extremely interesting environment Able to work autonomously managing busy schedules and calendars with ability to identify urgent correspondence Well versed in C-suite terminology and fluent in GSuite, Outlook and Basecamp College degree preferred yet demonstrated, direct, stable experience is most important Ability to make a long-term commitment (3+ years) and looking for your next long-term step Authorized to work in the US, Valid US Passport NDA, extensive background checks and verifiable, stellar references This retained search is being led by an established firm.
