Qualifications-Must start ASAP Commercial Landscape irrigation: 2 years (Preferred) US work authorization (Preferred) Full Job Description Irrigation Technicians will assemble and install commercial landscape irrigation pipes sizes vary from 1/2 in to 6 inch. Duties include but are not limited to handling the materials for irrigation, troubleshooting irrigation systems and programming controllers. When not working with irrigation, Irrigation Technicians/Laborers will assist the crew in all aspects of landscape labor, including planting, digging, trenching and maintenance when needed. They must know how to efficiently work with his/her hands and landscaping tools such as shovels, rakes, picks and other general landscape hand tools. Assist with keeping sites clear and clean and perform a variety of other functions when requested. Minimum of 2-year experience working with commercial irrigation Understand layout and install commercial irrigation systems including controllers, nozzles, valves and heads. Ability to assist in trenching Capability of backfilling * Ability to work & multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethics Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time Ability to load/unload trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
