Description

Need one skilled worker with a good inventory of tools for 6-10 weeks on an interior gut rehab in Skyline Ranch CC to do framing, drywall repair, plumbing, minor electrical, and other various tasks... may need to do some work in a tight crawlspace under modular home. Start immediately and work TH thru SAT each week for 24 hours/week minimum at $30/hour and must be on payroll (covered for workers compensation) with weekly cash advance. Hours between 730 and 4 with a mandatory lunch. Those with strong skills and plenty of specialized tools will be preferred. Need DL copy and will need to complete an application and an I9 - phone interviews immediately. Must be able to lift 80#. Bring gloves, boots and lunch.
