We are looking for an amazing person to join our family to help us with our children and home. This will be a full-time position that is open to start immediately or anytime prior to January 2022. Could be part time hours if wanted until January. Pay is negotiable and we are open to it being a live-in or live-out position. The hours will average 40 per week with a changing schedule. You will need to be flexible to work anytime 7am to 8pm typically Monday-Friday but occasionally on weekends. We are flexible and willing to accommodate the right person. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS- *Newborn & Toddler experience (minimum of 3 years with references) *Experience keeping a home clean and tidy, including deep cleaning and daily upkeep. *Extreme attention for detail and an eye for keeping things organized and clutter free *CPR & first Aid certified *Safe reliable vehicle that you are willing to run occasional errands or take the kids to activities. We will provide car seats. *Enjoys cooking healthy food or ability to follow recipes *self starter- someone who takes initiative in getting things done, anticipating family needs. About our family- We are a family of 4 and soon to be 5. We have 2 kids- a 4 year old son and a 13 year old daughter, with a new baby coming in March 2022. 1 spouse works out of town frequently so we need someone who is flexible to help more with kids some weeks and more with the house upkeep other weeks. We have 2 friendly dogs that may require some care when we are away. ***Vaccine is optional
