I am looking to hire maintenance workers for various apartments in Desert Hot Springs. I manage over 120 properties and am in constant need of someone who can flip apartments and get them rent ready for the next tenant. I also need someone who can work on apartments that currently have tenants in them. You must have transportation, a truck is preferred. Please have general tools needed. Job skills needed are drywall work, plumbing, light electrical, cleaning, painting, tile, etc. Pay can be hourly or based on bid depending on your needs and experience.
