G&C Excavators, Inc. is hiring a Personnel Manager to oversee the function of employee operations. This position will be the liaison between the office and field and be responsible for evaluating employees to ensure compliance in safety, skillset, and growth. Responsibilities: -Hiring and placement of key field employees such as mechanics, operators, foremen, etc. -Visiting each job site and conducting interviews with employees to ensure performance and safety standards are being met. -Reporting information to company executives -Keep updated with all employee information (position, pay rate, etc.) -Knowledge of the construction industry and OSHA Guidelines is preferred.
