Able to troubleshoot and repair : HVAC/R systems Commercial Plumbing Commercial Electrical Work with Director to keep Building Infrastructure operational • General Maintenance Personnel Complete Work Orders Respond to Guests needs Complete Guest Room and Public area PMs • Porter / Grounds keeper Maintain Grounds Maintain Interior and Exterior Cleanliness Pay for these positions will depend on experience and skill set.
