I am an out-of-state owner of a home that has tenants moving out 8/17. I'd like to find someone who can repair the damages (ceiling plaster, paint walls, repair deck boards, water seal paint basement, general clean, etc) and prune a few short trees. Mostly the fix-up stuff. The trees and shrubs can be handled by others. This is another separate job or separate estimate, but I also need a uhaul truck's worth of items moved to Lake City, PA, from this home. The Realtor will do an initial walk through with you. We'll need an estimate. Please reply with what you can take ownership of: (1) repairs to inside and deck, (2) prune tree and remove bushes, (3) relocate items to Lake City, PA, or (4) all of it.
