Vacation rental - cleaning and handiman services needed

I'm looking for a team of a local housekeeper and handiman to help maintain a vacation rental starting mid-September. I prefer to work with individuals I can get to know and trust for the long haul rather than big property management companies who don't always treat / pay their employees well. The place is new construction, and small - 550 SF 1 bed, 1.5 bath plus a sleeping nook in the living area. It has a hot tub that would need chemical adjustments after guests. I expect housekeeping change-overs 3 times a week, plus or minus, between the hours of 11am-3pm. The handiman services would be on an as-needed, on-call basis. Things like mowing a small lawn/landscape, clearing a clogged drain, changing out propane tanks, drain and fill the hot tub every 2 months, and all the miscellaneous repairs that might come up. Additionally, I also anticipate light remodeling help during the month of Sept as I get the place ready to rent - drywall repair, paint touch-up, installing window treatments, assembling furniture etc. Pay is negotiable and I give bonuses for consistent great reviews.
