Looking for help with living acommadations/Friends

Looking to hopefully meet some good friends both female and male, love boating, kayaking. walking, easy hikes, I'm relocating to the area for a job opportunity, (Beginning of September) Job located in New Britain. (Don't want to live in New Britain). I am a Professional Female, Contract/Project Mgr. for New Construction, Friendly, Kind, clean, drug and drama free. I would love to be in the following areas, Middletown, Middlefield, Cromwell, Durham, anywhere close to the CT River and 15/30 min from a Beach. I love walking, hiking, nature trails, farm markets, festivals. My Budget will be within $850/$900 possibly with some utilities, I like to be able to garden, I like to grow my own herbs, vegetables, flowers. I like living rural/country environment but close to conveniences. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR IN TOWN OR APT COMPLEX LIVING..
