Tasks include by not limited to:
Must be able to get under the house to fix flexible ductwork, repair beams, and clean & dry up crawlspace.
Dig ditches to create waterways for rainwater off the house.
Prefer persons with roofing skills and the ability to frame/install a window on the roof /attic space,
Frame new entry deck to the second story level of the existing house.
Pay offered depends on carpentry skill work quality as a laborer or handyman.
