Local residential contractor looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to assist in running projects from start to finish. Must have/be: Experience is all phases of residential construction Strong project management skills Experience obtaining vendor and sub estimates/coordinating sub-trades Excellent communication skills Ability to oversee projects from start to finish Dependable A team player Have a strong work ethic Have reliable transportation The right candidate for this position will be reliable, professional and hard working - with a "can-do" attitude. This is a full-time position, paid weekly. $25-30/hr DOE
