Syman, LLC is looking for someone who can stay on task and do the same thing repetitively. This person would be involved in manufacturing Straw Wattle as well as other Erosion Control Products. The work is consistent, important, safe and not difficult to operate. If you have straw allergies this position can prove to be very difficult. Masks are provided as well as all other needed PPE. We expect common sense and good decision making abilities. This position is typically going to run form 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. Candidates must be a team player, polite, have a strong work ethic, be level-headed, have the ability to govern themselves, be willing to seek help as needed, and be willing to master new skills. Candidate must also be willing to be flexible with hours and job duties in our fast paced work environment.
