Landscape Maintenance Driver / Full Time 40 + Hrs/Week Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour – Depending On Experience Our company is Woodlake Outdoor Inc. and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality product and high-touch service, and for our ability to build lasting customer relationships. Our company continues to grow and we have opportunities in the position of Landscape driver in our maintenance department. The right candidate will enjoy working outdoors and enhancing the beauty of nature, have a strong work ethic and can lead teams. This individual will work closely with the crew leader and Project Manager and must understands the importance of communication, reliability, consistency, and values a team environment. Crew Driver Responsibilities: • Weekly lawn mowing, edging, and string trimming around trees and beds • Performs additional landscape maintenance duties to include but not limited to fertilizer application, weed control, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, and pruning. • Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment. • Leads by example in performance of job duties and expectations including in the area of safety. • Performs job in an efficient and timely manner, meeting company target productivity goals. • Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to hand mower, riding mower, edger, and trimmer. • Maintains and monitors crew assigned company equipment and vehicles and notifies project manager of routine and other maintenance repairs. • Drives company vehicle and trailer combination • Ability to communicate effectively with project manager, customers and team members. • Notifies project manager of customer requests and concerns. • Records crew work hours in mobile time tracking system. • Ability to manage time and priorities well Qualifications • 2+ years of experience working with a crew • Valid driver’s license • 4+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience • High level of attention to detail and follow-through is a must • Punctual, Reliable and Self Starter • Comfortable communicating with clients team members and project manager in professional manner. • Bilingual is a plus but not required Benefits • Pay Based on Experience • Health Insurance • PTO • Holiday Pay • Employer paid uniforms • Opportunities for advancement
