Eco Development is looking to hire a highly motivated internal employee for placement in our Mason, OH warehouse location. The responsibilities of this employee will be substantial and this position may have authority over existing personnel depending on the aptitude and experience of the hire. The general description of work will be to efficiently run/operate the warehouse operation. Furthermore, and dependent on skill level, this employee will be offered the chance to grow in this position to other duties including further management and even materials trading (buying/selling). Specific Tasks • Oversee schedules and employees • Unload/Load Trucks with Forklift • Weigh and Inventory materials, typically on pallets and gaylords • Maintain records and inventory of materials • Organize materials in warehouse for efficient storage • Bale, or group, materials as needed • Load trucks per the shipping schedule • Calling for garbage switches as needed • General clean-up of warehouse Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience on Forklift, must be safe and skilled (licensing is a plus) • Must possess effective communicative skills to interact with other personnel, drivers, and customers • Positive attitude and professional integrity • Detail oriented, dependable, ability to work independently • Work cooperatively with sales personnel and management • Must be a team player and willing to work make a contribution in many areas Compensation and Notes: • Hourly Pay $20 per hour • No Initial Benefits • Will accommodate an alternate schedule About Eco Development Eco Development, LLC, Mason, Ohio is a privately held company which focuses its sales directives in three primary areas; facilities-based energy efficiency, recycling and commodities handling/trading, and logistics.
