You read that correctly! You will get paid to sit around and supervise playgroups of dogs and play with cats! We are a very well respected, locally owned and operated dog daycare and pet boarding facility that has operated in Boulder for over 17 years. We are looking for responsible, considerate and caring individuals that love dogs and cats to join our staff. We are looking for at least a 6 month commitment. We will provide all training. Benefits and Advancements offered! Benefits too? What!! Respond quickly to this opportunity. This is a full time position. Must be able to work (6:30-12 noon) and Saturdays. Duties Include: -Minimal vacuuming, mopping and washing of dishes. -Keeping play yards and play rooms clean. -Supervising and interacting with groups of dogs that are pre-screened and appropriate (i.e. insuring proper play in a clean and safe environment (indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather), making sure they are all healthy, hydrated and happy) -Interacting with cats. -Assisting with nail trims, baths and brushing. Applicant Must: -Be punctual and reliable (This is the most important! If you are late or call in to work, this is not the job for you. Animals rely on you being here, so tardiness and/or being absent are not an option) -Enjoy being around animals -Have reliable transportation -Have a relatively flexible schedule -Be able to lift 50 pounds -Have no pet allergies -Communicate effectively Please include a resume, cover letter and how many hours you are wanting to work.
