Facilities Manager – Part-Time
Connecting For Children and Families
Pay range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations and programs of buildings and grounds to ensure efficient operations and to provide for the safety, health and comfort of clients, families, children, staff and visitors. The Facilities Manager works closely with all Directors and staff of CCF.
Education and Work Experience Preferred:
• High school education or equivalent
• 5-10 years of working experience in facilities maintenance
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer
service oriented
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as needed
• Must be able to work flexible hours, some weekend and evening work as needed
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
