Support Specialist Job Type: Full-time This position requires coming into the Office M-F. Mr. Bult’s Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist to become a member of our team. As a Support Specialist for MBI, you’ll be responsible for providing direct support to Operations and assisting our end users with any issues or questions they may have relating to our mobile infrastructure and information systems. Responsibilities · Troubleshoot company software and hardware problems, both locally and through remote technology, providing technical support to end users, including drivers and office personnel. · Provide direct assistance to end users with use of technology supporting operations and logistics. · Install, update, and test mobile applications. · Document application defects, delivering reports to internal and third-party application developers to aid in finding and testing resolutions. · Conduct training on use of company software and hardware to end users as needed. · Document and maintain processes, including hardware/software installation, repair, troubleshooting and operational procedures. Qualifications · 1 – 3 years of experience working in a technical or customer service environment. · Strong verbal, written, and over the phone communication skills. · Strong technical skills and experience working with personal computers and mobile environments. · Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems. · Direct experience in transportation/logistics or in the waste management industry a plus.
