Guitar Instructors Wanted! School of Rock is the original performance-based program where kids not only take lessons but perform on a regular basis. We are the program you wish you had when you were a kid. Our kids have performed all over the Washington area, including the 9:30 Club, The Wall with Roger Waters at the Verizon Center and at many rock festivals by invitation. They are really good because of our amazing staff of teachers who love music and love sharing what they know. The word is out and our ranks of students are swelling and so we need more talented instructors. We are seeking high-energy, enthusiastic working musicians to teach our students how to rock both in individual lessons and in shows. We are a high-level, fun program where your skills and personality can help shape the next generation of rock musicians. We value both experience on stage and/or the fact that you've earned your degree - either way you need to know rock music and how to rock. This is a great part-time opportunity for a musician who is building a career or for someone who has to stay local because you are between tours or have family obligations. We offer great pay, a really fun environment and opportunity to advance.
