Missing Chihuahua Yorkie Mix

My family was involved in a wreck on I-95N, in the Triangle area on 8/1/21. Our dog ran off as EMS was assisting. She is a chihuahua/Yorkie mix... white and tan. Long hair, especially on tail. She has a collar on. Name is Pebbles. She's afraid of strangers. She will bark, but will not bite. If anyone has found her or has turned her in to a shelter. Please advise.
