Healthy eating program now available from Drexel University at no-cost! In this 20-week program, participants will learn how to clean up their diet, keep processed foods out of their grocery cart, and plan more balanced meals.
Improving dietary quality can have benefits for energy, confidence, weight control, and health. This program is part of a research study funded by the NIH. Participants will receive a 3-5 session workshop, conducted via Zoom, and use a smartphone app with weekly recommendations for healthy food purchasing. Some participants also will receive brief phone calls from a coach.
All participation can be completed from home (no in-person visits required).
Eligible participants must:
- Be the primary grocery shopper in the home
- Do most of their shopping at Wegmans, Target, Walmart, or ShopRite
- Live with at least one other adult
