Laborers needed for remodel job

I need two laborers for a remodel of a house. I have approximately two weeks of work. You need to have construction experience with demolition. Must have the following: 1. Colorado ID 2. Sign a w-9 form "request for tax payer ID" if you do not have a EIN number for your business 3. Sign a sub-contractor agreement for terms of the agreement. I will ask you to bid the work and complete it in a timely manner. 4. A method to get to work; car, light rail, etc 5. Please no drugs, alcohol issues, or mental health issues Pay is weekly and I can either pay with check or direct deposit with Zelle thru my online banking. I must receive an invoice from you so I can have a record. To the craigslist people, this is professional job. Please behave with respect for other people and the house you are working in. I am not a ATM machine so dont ask me for cash advances. You will be held to a contract agreement as a professional. If you have personal problems and they are disruptive to your ability to work then do not apply. I am a caring and supportive general contractor but I also know how to spot a sick clown who pretends to be a working man. I need workers who can get the job done. I have plenty of work for the right people and a permanant job for a remodeling carpenter type. Send a resume with at least 2 recent work references. If you dont send a resume then dont bother applying for this job. I am screening people because this is Craigslist and I get great workers and also a few sick clowns.
