ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is hiring Patient Sitters to work in Winter Haven, FL. ** THIS IS NOT A TEMP JOB/ASSIGNMENT ** Hiring all shifts - Full time and Part time positions available! The Patient Sitter is responsible for constant, basic behavior observation and assistance for non-clinical, patient care, safety and services under the direction of nursing personnel. •Provide professional, courteous and compassionate observation services for patients and clinical staff while meeting the standards outlined by The Joint Commission, CMS, HHA, and the Hospital. •Maintain constant visual and audible observation of assigned patient and report any unusual observations to clinical staff. Responsible for all other duties assigned. •Utilizes specialized knowledge and skill to perform job requirements. •Must maintain confidentiality of patients, visitors, staff and guests.
