Affordable Basement Finishing is experiencing significant growth along with the front range of Colorado and is looking for experienced construction crews that can manage Basement Finishing projects from start to finish. The size of crews range from 2-4 on the smaller size but can also reach 8-10 on the larger jobs. We will provide you with a steady stream of well-compensated work, and your crew (s) will be working in ideal conditions year-round (cool in the summer and warm and dry in winter). Projects are typically 500 to 2,500 square feet that include a 3/4 Bathroom, a Bedroom, a “great room”, a wet or dry bar, and an unfinished storage area/mechanical room. Skill Sets required: • Foreman – Project management, customer communication, crew management. • Crew – Metal framing, insulation, drywall tape and texture, painting, tile, and interior trim work. • Tradesmen – We provide Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC resources as needed.
