We are seeking a highly motivated & skilled finish carpenter to join the team and help us continue our growth and place as the leader in our industry. ABOUT THE POSITION: -Install cabinets and counter tops in a high quality, safe and productive manner -Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and trim -Interact in a positive and professional manner with our customers -Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication -Responsible to submit necessary compliance documents as instructed Requirements: -Must have cell phone -Must have +5 years of professional cabinet or counter top installation experience -Reliable transportation and valid CO state drivers license -Must have prior experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and laminate counter tops -Must be able read & understand shop drawings / cut sheet and blueprints -Must be a team player and capable of working in a fast paced environment -Able to lift 75+ pounds (up and down stairs at times) -Ability to deliver customer service and represent the company in a positive manner -Punctual - Never late -Skilled with Technology (i.e. tablet, computer, printer) is preferred, but not required Benefits for Full-Time Positions: -Paid time off -Paid US holidays -Medical and Dental insurance Available -Individual 401k Retirement Account Available -Competitive compensation based on level of experience Hiring Process for all positions: We take our time with hiring, so you can expect the steps below if you choose to apply. -Submit a resume and cover letter -Phone Interview -1st Round Interview w/ Operations Manager -2nd Round Interview w/ Executive Team Pro Cabinet Solutions is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment.
