Troy M. Jessee Construction, LP, is seeking employment of a responsible laborer / driver. Requirements: Must be safety minded. Must know construction material. Must be able to work some out-of-town. Must be able to manual lift, as well as use a dolly and carts. Must be able to do manual labor daily to include all types of interior and exterior cleaning, misc protection, demo, loading and unloading material, equipment, and trash weighing approximately 50 pounds, dewatering, organizing warehouse, and other duties as assigned. Must have reliable transportation. Truck will be provided for work hours only and inspections of the truck required to be conducted several times daily. Must be able to back a trailer and tie down material. Must be able to follow driving routes, directions and meet time schedules. Must have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, reliable, and energetic. Must be over 21 years of age and have 1 year laborer / driver experience. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record with no more than two moving violations, no at-fault accidents, no DUI's or felony convictions. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Hours are Monday through Friday and some weekends. Overtime is possible.
