Attention Landlords! The Vermont State Rental Rehab Program has been so successful that the State is working on funding for a third round. In order to anticipate the amount of funds needed, we are asking any interested landlords to complete a short survey expressing their interest. Through this program, landlords will be able to apply to receive a grant of up to $30,000 per rental unit (maximum award limit of 15 units per owner applies) to bring vacant units back online.
