Rehoming the sweetest pup

Hi! It’s with the heaviest heart that I’m putting out feelers for a new home for this guy. I adopted him a couple months ago and despite a bunch of attempted solutions, my disabled cat just hates this dog and has now taken to attacking him constantly. This boy is genuinely the best dog I have ever known—gentle and sweet but still has playful pup energy! He’s about 9 months old and is pretty close to full-sized about ~40lbs but will fill out a little more as he develops muscle. He sleeps through the night, does perfect in the car, walks great on the leash (except when there’s a squirrel.. but he gets redirected easily!), is fully house trained, up to date on shots, and knows a few basic commands. He never tries to escape our fenced yard and hasn’t dug up any of my garden! He’s never met another creature he doesn’t like — he’s sweet with all other dogs, gentle with my cats but definitely wants to play with them, and loves people of all shapes/sizes/ages/races. He’s great with kids and I think would probably prefer a home with some lil ones to love on.
