Question on requesting a loan

My credit score is 570, I have about $3500 total debt once paid off my score will raise. I have a lot of small payments all over and would like to consolidate to one payment. Does anyone have recommendations on where to apply for a loan with my status? I know the interest may be high but I am really desperate to get out from under this. If you have any good experiences with someone that will consider a credit score of 570. Thank you
