I'm looking for an assistant for a tenant improvement. Preference will be given to someone with a truck that can be used for work that would include picking up material for the job and taking construction debris to the dump. You will be compensated per mileage used for work. Applicant's duties will include: Sweeping Carrying material (some of it will be heavy) Dump runs Assisting with various installations (doors, siding, etc.) and occasional supervising of sub-contractors on the site. Applicant should have basic construction tools (cordless drills and hand tools) and should be skilled enough to use them. Some construction experience is necessary, at least a couple years. This job could be a learning experience for a young worker just starting out. Will negotiate wages based on experience. The project is scheduled to conclude in mid-November, and should entail 30 to 40 hours a week. Over-time is not expected, but could also be a possibility.
