Four-piece Americana outfit looking for somewhere to practice once or twice a week. Would prefer something in north central Austin, or even up toward Cedar Park or Leander. We’re nice fellows who don’t get wasted while we rehearse, and we’re super responsible about paying our share on time. Likely wouldn’t even store a bunch of stuff on site. An amp, maybe.
