You don't really have to worry about cash - you can go into any store in town and take what you want as long as the total is less than $950 dollars. The police won't bother you for casual shoplifting.
Just don't pee on Church Street, any of it's alleys or its side streets - that ruffles the feathers of the progressives because it smells and you'll be arrested.
