As the leader on the front line of our operation, the Cleaning Crew Leader is a critical part of our leadership team! You will have the freedom to build your team and give them daily, hands-on direction to ensure successful completion of work for our commercial maintenance contracts. Your team will have the ability to turn our first-time clients into life-long relationships and to maintain our long-term relationships with our existing clients through the quality and professionalism of your performance as well as your positive attitude. This is an entry level leadership role in a growing organization that recognizes and rewards talent through the potential for job growth and promotional opportunities. Specifically, your team is responsible for providing top quality janitorial services in commercial / office settings. Our staff is responsible for ensuring the highest quality service that our clients have come to expect for over 20 years. Duties and Responsibilities As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring your team successfully provides quality nightly cleaning services at our client's facilities in the Allegheny County region, including, but not limited to: · Floor cleaning · Restroom disinfecting and cleaning. · Dusting and office maintenance. · Trash removal. · Other job duties as assigned. Requirements · Prior commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred. · Prior crew leader or supervisor experience preferred. · Ability to lead others by example. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Commitment to work well in a team and follow direction from leadership. · Ability to attain reliable transportation to and from work and a strong attendance record. · Willingness to work in adverse weather, at irregular hours and in fast-changing conditions. · Possess a valid Driver’s License.
