While I'm unable to teach at the Wilkins School Community Center, I'm making them accessible to you in your home. I hope to bring them back to the community when it's over.
Awareness Through Movement classes take you through a cumulative series of slow, gentle, & functionally-based movements to provide you an exploratory experience in learning to sense & feel how you move, so that you can improve your movement, health, & well-being.
