Improve Your Movement, Improve Your Mood Awareness Through Movement Classes ONLINE via Zoom! -Recover from injury or chronic pain -Reduce stress -Improve your everyday posture & mood -Learn to sit & walk more comfortably -Excel in your sport or art -Heal from migraines, illness, & trauma -Develop a deeper self-awareness -Enhance your overall well-being While I'm unable to teach at the Wilkins School Community Center, I'm making them accessible to you in your home. I hope to bring them back to the community when it's over. Awareness Through Movement classes take you through a cumulative series of slow, gentle, & functionally-based movements to provide you an exploratory experience in learning to sense & feel how you move, so that you can improve your movement, health, & well-being. Weekly Schedule: Mondays 8pm EST Thursdays 9:30am EST
