Commercial Building Maintenance Technician - Caldwell, ID Beniton Building Services We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance services for an on-site facility in Caldwell, ID. The position requires the ability to perform a wide variety of building maintenance work such as carpentry, drywall repair, ceiling tile/grid repair, painting, HVAC filter replacement, relamp/ballast/light fixture repair & installation and other general maintenance services. Requirements: Ability to diagnose, repair and prevent issues in a wide variety of applications Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned Work independently Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided Submit time sheets and expense reports Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete task Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working through complex issues Excellent attendance and dependability Position requires the ability to work on site, both indoors and outdoors which may include adverse weather conditions Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb up and down a ladder, work on roof top equipment. Stand, climb stairs, bending, twisting, reaching with hands/arms, crawl under equipment.
